Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation and Prospecting:
Identify and generate new business opportunities by targeting potential clients through various channels, including social media, email marketing, and networking events.
- Sales Calls and Meetings:
Reach out to prospects, schedule meetings, and conduct presentations to demonstrate graycellsweb’s products and services, addressing customer needs and value propositions.
- Market Research:
Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and potential client needs to help refine sales strategies and identify potential growth opportunities.
- Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, providing regular follow-ups, addressing queries, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Marketing Support:
Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for social media, email campaigns, and promotional materials. Assist in implementing marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and attract clients.
- Sales Targets and Reporting:
Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets, maintaining accurate records of sales activities and client interactions, and submitting regular performance reports.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in an IT or tech environment.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently, meet targets, and handle client relationships.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and basic digital marketing concepts is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Benefits:
